About the event

As it's Stress Awareness Month, we wanted to create an event that is all about connection, sparking joy, and time in nature. 

Rebecca and I often meet up for what we call our 'wellbeing walks', getting out in nature, chatting, and enjoying all that it has to offer. 

We wanted to experience this with people in our network, solo-workers like us, or those who want to connect more in an unpressurised environment, and with no agenda except to enjoy other's company and enjoying the soothing benefits of being in nature. 

We have a mutual love of seeking out Glimmers (small moments that spark peace or joy) in our daily lives which has proven to have a really positive impact on our mental health.

We'll be meeting at 10.30am in Shere to walk the beautiful 1.5hr trail. We'll be meeting at The Dabbling Duck coffee shop to grab a coffee before we set out. 

Rebecca will be bringing her camera, so while we are walking, you can ask her for photography tips along the way. You can capture glimmers and explore how your phone and devices can be used for mindful, creative and mentally nourishing activities, and look out into the world rather than away from it.

Everyone is welcome, feel free to bring along a friend or being the dog for their morning walk.
