Work with me...

At the bottom of this page is a contact box where you can tell me what you would like help with. Please do get in touch.

Each client is different, and so the way I work with you won't be a one-size fits all approach. I can work with you using coaching, Solution Focused Therapy and Hypnotherapy or a hybrid approach.

I work from my private therapy room in central Leatherhead, or Alcheme Wellbeing in Surbiton, at your organisation, or online. You may feel you will completely miss something by working online, but you'd be surprised; I have some clients I have never met in person!

To determine the best way we can work together, a great starting point is to have a chat, understand where you are and where you'd like to be. From there we can agree on what approach/methods/combinations would best suit you.

Here are some examples of how I work:

Coaching

If you are interested in coaching to improve mindset, performance and move forward in work / personal life, this is stand alone, either in my coaching space, online or on site at your organisation.  Corporate rates apply if through your organisation.

Anxiety / anxiety disorders / phobias and depression

For general anxiety and anxiety disorders I would suggest solution focused hypnotherapy as a starting point. By anxiety disorders I mean things like: panic attacks, phobias, fears, unhelpful thinking patterns, anger, OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, exam anxiety, anxiety related to menopause, ADHD and autism (my approach will be different with each of these) and so on.

The same goes for anxiety related eating, shopping or drinking patterns (grey area drinking) - often there is anxiety behind the way we do these things.

Helping teens

For teen anxiety, 16 upwards, (exams, friendships, coping with neurodivergence etc.) there are two paths, 1. coaching, and 2. a mixture of coaching and solution focused therapy/hypnotherapy. This creates a safe space for a teen to share their challenges but also find ways forward and solutions to their problems. The additional benefit of including hypnosis into the mix is that it calms the mind, and introduces them to the practice of self-guided relaxation.

For performance related issues, including sports performance, being on stage, exam anxiety, public speaking etc., I would suggest coaching and / or hypnotherapy.

It's a journey!

I have had clients with depression who found it difficult to get out of bed or make decisions, and started on a therapeutic path, but as their condition improved they felt ready to look to the future and embarked on coaching with me.

Costs &
Timings...

So you can see how it depends on where you're at, and you will know when you are ready to take a step forward. The best course of action is for us to have a chat, get started.

Our initial consultation is £65.  For Hypnotherapy / coaching sessions are £80 for one hour.  Discounts are available for blocks of six.

Longer sessions (1.5 hours) start at £100.

Unless it's a specific phobia (usually treated in 4 sessions) you are likely to need between six and twelve sessions, occasionally more.

I take on a small number of cases per month for those unable to afford my fees, or NHS /uniformed workers and teachers. These sessions are charged at 75%.
