Data Protection Complaints Procedure
Ros Dodd Wellbeing · Last updated: 20 July 2026
This procedure explains what to do if you have a complaint about how I (Ros Dodd Wellbeing, ICO registration ZB533993) have handled your personal data, and what you can expect from me in response. It reflects the requirements of the UK's Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which came into force on 19 June 2026.
1. What counts as a data protection complaint
A data protection complaint is any concern you raise about how your personal data has been collected, used, stored, shared, or protected — for example, concerns about accuracy, security, retention, unauthorised access or disclosure, or how I've responded to a request to exercise your data protection rights.
2. How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint to me:
By email: ros@rosdodd.com
By post: 18 The Crescent, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8EE
Please give as much detail as you can — what happened, when, and what you'd like to see resolved — so I can look into it properly.
3. What happens next
I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
I will make appropriate enquiries and investigate without undue delay, keeping you informed if the investigation takes time.
I will tell you the outcome without undue delay, including what I found and any action taken or planned.
4. If you're not satisfied
If you remain unhappy after I've responded, or you'd prefer to raise it directly, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time:
