Terms and Conditions
Ros Dodd Wellbeing · Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms apply when you book or attend a session with Ros Dodd Wellbeing (“I”, “me”), a CNHC-registered hypnotherapist, coach and trainee integrative psychotherapist trading as a sole trader based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
1. Services
I offer hypnotherapy, coaching and integrative psychotherapy sessions, in person in Leatherhead, Surrey, and online via video call, covering areas including anxiety, phobias, ADHD and neurodiversity, hypno-oncology support, and stop smoking programmes. Full details of services and current fees are on my Sessions & Fees page.
2. Booking and payment
via my online booking system at rosdodd.com/booking
Fees are as published on my website at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with you directly. I take on a small number of reduced-fee places each month for clients unable to afford my standard fees, by prior agreement.
Payment due at time of booking, or at the end of your session via SUM UP card services
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
The cancellation notice period is 24 hours; otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee. Please keep in mind that cancelled appointments mean fewer sessions available to other clients, as well as a loss of income for me, which can have a negative impact on my livelihood.
4. Confidentiality
What you share with me is confidential. I keep clear, secure clinical records in line with my Privacy Notice. As part of good clinical practice, I discuss anonymised aspects of my work in clinical supervision. I will only share identifiable information without your consent where required by law, where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or someone else, or in response to a court order or safeguarding duty — in line with the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
5. Clients aged 16–18
If you are 16 or 17, you can generally consent to your own treatment. We'll agree together — and I'll record — how much, if anything, is shared with a parent or guardian, subject to my safeguarding obligations.
6. Nature of therapy and outcomes
Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy can be very effective, but individual results vary and I cannot guarantee a specific outcome. You're free to end therapy at any time; I'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you first where possible.
7. Online sessions
Using google meet or Konfidens online platform
Please ensure you're in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection for online sessions.
8. My right to decline or end the therapeutic relationship
I reserve the right to decline to take on a client, or to end a therapeutic relationship, where I judge that I'm not the right practitioner for your needs or that continuing would not be appropriate. Where I do this, I'll try to signpost you to alternative support.
9. Complaints
If you have concerns about the service you've received, please raise these with me directly in the first instance. As a CNHC registrant, you're also entitled to raise a complaint with the CNHC. For concerns specifically about how your personal data has been handled, see my Data Protection Complaints Procedure.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
