What to expect

 

Sessions last 50-60 minutes and take place in person in Leatherhead, Surrey or online across the UK. Most clients come for between 6 and 12 sessions, though this varies depending on the individual and how long the difficulties have been present. Many notice a meaningful shift within the first few sessions, with deeper and more lasting change building over time.
